Long neck flange, the full name is standard long neck butt welding container flange. Standard long neck butt welding vessel flanges belong to pressure vessel flanges. It refers to the flange connecting the cylinder and the head, the cylinder and the simplified or the head and the tube sheet. It has the same function as the pipe flange and has a similar shape, but cannot be interchanged due to the different definitions of the nominal diameter. Its function is to combine different pressure components, and at the same time to ensure that the connection part does not leak. Standard long-neck butt-welding vessel flanges (referred to as long-neck flanges) are selected according to JB/T4700~4707 to determine the structural size, and standard neck-necked butt-welded pipe flanges (referred to as neck flanges) are selected according to HG/T20592~20635, while Non-standard long (belt) neck flanges can be checked and designed according to GB150 with reference to the structural dimensions of standard flanges.
